Anonymous use of the public website.
Delaney Works uses a self-hosted Umami analytics service at analytics.delaney-house.com. Umami is designed without cookies, cross-site tracking or visitor profiles.
The tracker records page information needed for aggregate reporting, including the page URL and title, referring page, browser language and screen size. The analytics service may also produce broad device, browser and country-level reports.
Campaign links may include standard UTM parameters such as the partner, channel, topic and placement. These describe where a link was distributed; they should not contain a person’s name, email address, customer name or job details.
02 / Useful actions
Clicks are counted without copying enquiry content.
The site records limited events such as opening or completing the fictional example, downloading a resource, printing a template, or clicking an email or booking link.
Event properties are restricted to fixed operational labels such as page placement, resource name, file format, example name, attachment count and whether visitor-selected files were used. Job names, notes, filenames, email content and customer information are not sent.
03 / Email and booking enquiries
Information you choose to send.
If you email Delaney Works, the email address, message and any attachments you provide are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. If you use the external Google Calendar booking link, Google’s service handles the booking information you submit under its own privacy terms.
Do not send customer files or confidential job information in an initial enquiry. A suitable handling approach can be agreed before real examples are reviewed.
Enquiry information is not sold or used to build advertising audiences. It may be retained where reasonably needed to continue the conversation, keep a business record, meet an agreed obligation or comply with applicable requirements.
04 / Interactive example and downloads
The demonstration runs in your browser.
The interactive job-record example does not upload the records or files you enter. The example resets when the page is reloaded. Only the limited completion event described above may be sent to analytics.
The construction job-record template is an ordinary public download. No email address or registration is required.
05 / Questions and choices
Contact Delaney Works about your information.
You can block the analytics script with browser privacy controls or a content blocker. The public pages, example and downloads remain usable.
For a privacy question or a request concerning information you have sent, email [email protected]. Enough information may be needed to identify the relevant correspondence and verify the request.
